Room Prices

twin/double rooms are £49.95 inc two full english breakfasts, and the family room is £59.95,

Prices are per room, per night and include VAT (17.5%).  Meals are not included but can be purchased from our adjoining cafeteria.

Reservations

Reservations can be made in person, by phone on 01992 815759, or via our web site www.forest-lodge-motel.co.uk.  A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation when you make a booking.  Payment will not be taken until your arrival, but should you fail to notify us of any cancellation before 6.00pm on the date of your arrival, then the card will be charged.

Checking In/Out Times

Rooms will be available for occupation from 2.00pm and should be vacated by 10.00am . 
If you plan to arrive after 6.00pm please contact us to advise of late check-in times.  Late check-out times may incur additional charges.

Payment

You can pay by cash, cheque with banker’s card, and Mastercard or Visa credit cards.  We require payment of rooms upon check-in.  Payment for any breakfast or meals is to be made direct to the cafeteria.

Pets

We regret that, with the exception of assistance dogs, no pets are allowed at Forest Lodge. 

Cots

A travel cot is available on request and is subject to availability.  A £50 returnable deposit is required.

Disabled Room

The disabled room is specially adapted with shallow ramp access, wider doors, larger room size, and twin beds.  The en-suit bathroom is open-plan with adapted toilet, wash basin and an open shower with plenty of mobility hand rails.  Emergency call switches are linked to reception.  This room is available on request and subject to availability.
